PanonSTEM x Association INNCRO-IT x PanonLAB

At the INNCRO-IT booth, visitors will discover how a local non-profit organization is building an ecosystem that connects STEM education, innovation, environmental technologies and the maker movement through the PanonLAB initiative.

The first part of our booth will present PanonSTEM, our regional STEM education project, where visitors can explore the interactive tools, equipment and teaching methods we use during workshops with children and young people. Every year, hundreds of participants join our free educational activities, learning through hands-on experiences, creativity and problem solving.

The second part will introduce the PanonLAB initiative and its current and future projects. Visitors will see our digital garden (AgriLAB), where IoT technologies and automation are used for sustainable plant cultivation, together with our meteorological and environmental monitoring system, which continuously measures weather conditions and air quality in Croatia. Live data, prototypes, videos and development stories will demonstrate how open technologies can be applied to real community challenges. We will also present the long-term vision of PanonLAB, which is developing as a network of FabLAB, BioLAB, AgriLAB, TextileLAB and FoodLAB.

Finally, our booth will be a place for international networking and collaboration. We are looking forward to meeting makers, educators, researchers, companies and organizations from the Czech Republic and beyond, exchanging ideas and experiences, and exploring opportunities for future international partnerships, educational exchanges and European projects. For us, Maker Faire is not only about presenting our work, but about becoming part of a strong international maker community and building lasting cooperation between Croatia and the Czech Republic.
